Chef and owner Chris Bishop loves to travel, backpack and snowboard. But his passion is food.
He began formal training as a chef at age 18 and among his many other jobs has cooked for Queen Elizabeth, Prince Phillip and Princess Anne.
In Spring 2008 he emigrated to Canada to be with his wife Dr. Briiann Dawson, a Veterinarian originally from Flesherton. They met in Australia where Chris spent seven years. He was also a chef in Utah at the Snowbird Resort’s fine dinning room and at a Japanese fusion restaurant.
